About Us:
I was born and dwelled in Boonzville, Michigan. Raised up in a broken home always in trouble in school and with the law, fighting with everyday struggles that came my way. I needed to escape my pain and thoughts so I started writing and rapping solo seriously, early 1998 to 2003. I Saved up enough money to pick up a Roland SP-808 and started recording track after track until I had enough for a demo and released, “The Unknown” part 1 and pt.2. Hit the neighborhood’s selling Cd’s for $3 and passing samplers out at underground shows. Everything was going good until my inner demons pulled me away from my music and put me behind bars along with negative people in my life at that time. Finally back on track full force, 2005 had bought me new hopes of completing my dream. I met a label called Murder House Records and K.Y.P and began to be their hype man, “The Drunken Pumpkin.” I would throw blood out into the crowd from gas can’s and soak them all. In exchange for my work performing as “The Drunken Pumpkin” and props designer they offered me free studio time, beats, the whole nine yards. I jumped on the golden opportunity to show them what I could bring to the table with my music and knowledge. Early September 2006, I was signed to K.Y.P and a week later Murder House Records. Murder House realized I could bring more ideas that would benefit the label along with my crazy personality and they signed me. The following month I released, “Welcome to the Gate,” 2006. I kept on working harder and harder to spread the seed with my new release, “Dark Meadows,” 2008. I've also been featured on other underground artist’s mix tape’s such as Menacide’s Devil’s nite 2007 and J. Atty’s How to Stunt Vol.2 . My music has many styles to choose from. To sum it up it has a wicked side, positive side, and stories of my life experience‘s. Hopefully it helps you through your struggles in life like many artist’s have helped me escape the challenges that life brings. Set your goals high! “IKKY”
