How Do I Sign Up?
To sign up, go to our Registration Page and fill out our registration form. Once you sign up, you will be emailed an activation code. Follow the instructions in this email to activate your account.

How Do I Create A Profile?
Once your account has been successfully activated, you can Log in to our site. After logging in, click the 'My Account' link to be taken to the account administration pages. To create a profile, click the 'My Fan', 'My Artists', 'My Venues' or 'My Resources' links. Select the 'Create' option and follow the instructions provided on-screen to create the desired profile.

How Do I Add Information To My Profile?
After logging in and creating a profile, select the profile you wish to customize. On the right hand side of the screen you will see all the available options for entering information into your profile. The main profile information is located in the 'Bio' link with the remaining links letting you customize other aspects of your profile.

How Do I Customize My Profile?
Under the 'Bio' link, there is an input box for CSS (or Cascading Style Sheets) that lets you set the appearance of your profile page.

How Do I Create An Avatar?
To create an avatar for the public to view, you must first upload a photo. Select the 'Photos' link on the right hand side of the screen after selecting which profile to edit. First you must create a photo gallery. After creating a gallery, click the 'Upload Photo' link to add pictures. Once a photo is successfully uploaded, view the gallery and select the 'Make This My Avatar' link located underneath the available photos.

How Do I Add Music To My Profile?
Only 'Artist' accounts are allowed to upload music. For artists to upload music, select the 'Music' link on the right hand side of the screen after selecting the artist profile to edit. Artists are currently limited to 2 .mp3 tracks. Select the 'Upload Music' link and follow the on screen instructions to upload music. To add music to all other profiles, find the 'Artist' profile playing the track you wish to add to your profile and click the 'Add' link inside the music player. If you already have a track playing on your profile and wish to change it, go to the profile administration area and click the 'Music' link on the right hand side of the screen. From there, you can select to 'Remove Track' and then follow the previous instructions.

How Do I Make Connections?
To make a connection, first log in and view the desired connection profile. On the left side of the screen, below their name, avatar and headline, click on the 'Make Connection' link to make a connection. After selecting the profile to make the connection with, the profile you are trying to connect to will receive an email notifying them of a pending connection and they must then log in to approve the connection. Once the connection is approved it will display on both yours and their profile.

How Do I Send Private Messages?
To send a message, first log in and view the desired profile. On the left side of the screen, below their name, avatar and headline, click on the 'Send A Message' link to send them a private message. Enter information in all fields and once successfully sent, the profile you are sending a message to will receive an email notifying them of a new message.

How Do I Add Events?
Only artists, venues and resources can post events. Once editing the desired profile, click on the 'Calendar' link on the right hand side of the screen. Select the date number of the desired event day from the calendar provided. Fill out all required information in this form to add an event. Events are added to the bi-weekly newsletter closest to the event.

How Do I Make An Announcement?
Only artists, venues and resources can post events. Once editing the desired profile, click on the 'Announcement' link on the right hand side of the screen. Select from the available options to create a new announcement or edit and remove old announcements. Once announcements have been created, they must be approved before they appear on the site. The 5 recent announcements appear on the home page and all announcements are displayed for 14 days on our Announcements page. Announcements are also added to the bi-weekly newsletter after they are approved.

How Do I Add Members/Memberships?
Only artists, venues and resources can add members. Select the desired profile and click on the 'Members' link on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the 'Add Member' link to begin adding a member. Enter their name and position in the spaces provided. If the desired member has a valid 'Fan' profile, you can link directly to that profile and display profile link on your site by entering their signup email address in the space provided and selecting which access type to give them. The reason for requiring the email address of the member is for security. Members of artists, venues or resources have access to view the administration side of the membership profile. Full access members can update profile information, send and view messages, create connections, post comments, and perform all other tasks associated with editing their membership profile. The only thing members cannot do is add new members. Only the profile creator can add new members. Restricted members have access to view all information on the administration side but cannot update, add or delete information and they are not allowed to view private messages. Fan profiles have the 'Membership' link which allows them to see all the profiles they are a member of and allows them to accept pending memberships.

What Is The 'Booking Assistant' And How Does It Work?
The Booking Assistant is a feature we have created to help find artists open gigs. It asks a variety of questions about your availability and live shows that will be searchable when potential openings are available. This feature is currently only available to Artist profiles. Once you create an artist profile, select the new 'Booking Assistant' option. Click the link provided to activate this feature and fill out the form. If you are interested in searching through our list to find any openings, please Contact Us for more information. When we have more artists signed up for this feature, we will make it available.

How Do I Delete My Profile/Account?
To delete a profile, log in and go to the account administration pages. Select the profile to delete and on the profile admin home page on the bottom-left, click the 'Delete This Profile' link. To delete an account, log in and go to the 'My Account Settings' page of the account administrator. At the bottom of the page, click the 'Terminate Account' link to delete your account. If you have any active profile pages, you must first delete these before terminating your account.
